Refund and cancellation policy
Because flowers and plants are perishable products, all sales are final unless otherwise noted.
Fresh Flowers & Arrangements
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can make it right.
Flower Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a subscription period has begun. If you are unable to pick up your bouquet, arrangements may be made for someone else to pick up on your behalf.
Workshops & Events
Workshop cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future workshop or farm purchase. Due to limited seating and preparation costs, cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Plant Sales
Due to the nature of live plants and varying growing conditions, plant sales are final.
Custom & Event Orders
Custom floral orders, flower bars, and event bookings may require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. Remaining balances are due according to your invoice terms.
Seasonal Disclaimer
As a seasonal flower farm, our offerings naturally change throughout the year based on weather, growing conditions, and bloom timing. Every flower is unique, and colors, sizes, and varieties may vary from photos shown on this website or social media.
We believe this natural variation is part of the beauty of locally grown flowers and plants.
